I want to thank you for the wonderful job you did for us at our banquet for the St. Louis Park Nordic Ski Team last week. Every step in the process was pleasant and trouble-free, and it turned out to be a great success.
We actually thought that something MUST go wrong, because everything seemed too simple. We met with you and Barbara, and for each of our concerns: the large number of people, the limited budget, our group's broad range of tastes - from young kids to vegetarians to gourmands, your answer was, "No problem."
But in the end nothing at all did go wrong. We appreciated how you arrived with the food not just on time, but a little early, so that everything could be set up. You and your team exuded warmth and competence, and made sure that the serving for our large group went efficiently. The presentation was lovely; the large, elegant salad bowl was a nice touch.
I heard nothing but glowing comments about the food. Personally, I thought your Almond Chicken was some of the best chicken I've ever had. The homemade rolls were a big hit with everyone, and I noticed that there were many trips made for second helpings of everything, including the delicious tortellini and salad. The quality was superb, way above the usual banquet fare. I had been concerned about quantities, since Nordic skiing teenagers have tremendous appetites, but we had plenty and did not run out of food. In fact, there was a complete pan left of the chicken; it was no trouble at all finding families who were happy to take the leftovers home.
We simply could not have been happier with the service you provided us. Thank you so much for the wonderful meal, and for the 100% pleasant experience working with you and your staff.

Hands on Pasta on Wednesday Oct. 11th was a huge success!
Antonio Cecconi is an entertainer and does an amazing job getting the students cooking and comfortable. I witnessed first hand, a family of 5, a single business man, two sisters, and two pairs of couples learn how to cook amazing Italian pastas with gigantic smiles on their faces. It was a real treat and I highly recommend any of his pasta classes. All of his surveys were filled out with raving reviews.
